  • This high-performance flap disc uses a superior zirconia alumina grain blend that is free of iron, sulfur and chlorine to achieve maximum results when blending on aluminum surfaces
  • Built using a special coating for extra long life
  • High removal rates and resistance to glaze buildup
  • Ideal when working with aluminum or other heat sensitive metals
  • Reduced waste; Eco-Trim™ allows trimming the backing pad up to 3 times to expose unused material and extend the life of the product
  • Less plastic; 35% of the weight of the Eco-Trim™ is natural fibers to reduce overall quantity of synthetic components required to produce backing pads
  • Less energy consumption; the cold cured glue used in conjunction with the Eco-Trim™ doesn’t require an additional oven curing step and reduces overall energy consumption during the manufacturing process of the discs
