• Features include: side blocks with wide fast-stick closures for a snug fit; ear holes to monitor bleeding and fluid drainage; two head/chin straps
• Includes mounting straps for positioning on a spinal backboard
• Can be worn during X-rays, MRI and CT scan procedures
